The Cape View Apartments community is operated under Section 42 of the LIHTC Program of the Internal Revenue Code. This program is designed to facilitate the housing needs of moderate and middle-income families. Residence at Cape View Apartments requires that applicants meet certain qualifying standards established by the government.

Our apartment community offers affordable two and three-bedroom apartments and a range of amenities to enhance your living experience. There is a spacious kitchen which includes a stove/oven range and refrigerator. The apartment has washer/dryer hookups (for a stackable set). There is also an on-site shared laundry facility for your convenience. Stay comfortable year-round with central air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant living environment no matter the season. - Applicant's gross monthly income should be at least twice the monthly rent.
