Residence at Cape View Apartments requires that applicants meet certain qualifying standards established by the government.
Our apartment community offers affordable two and three-bedroom apartments and a range of amenities to enhance your living experience. There is a spacious kitchen which includes a stove/oven range and refrigerator. The apartment has washer/dryer hookups (for a stackable set). There is also an on-site shared laundry facility for your convenience. Stay comfortable year-round with central air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant living environment no matter the season.
